Project Specifications/Project Manual. “Project Specifications” or “Project Manual” means the complete specifications for the Project and the Work as set forth in the “PROPOSAL FOR PROPOSED ETHANOL FACILITY, FERGUS FALLS TOWNSHIP, MINNESOTA,” DATED AUGUST, 2006, and addenda thereto issued prior to the Commencement Date, along with drawings, and specifications, as prepared by Engineer and Architect for Owner, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Contract.
