Common use of Project Subject to Rules in Effect at Time of Development Clause in Contracts

Project Subject to Rules in Effect at Time of Development. Permittee agrees that any and all development and use of the Property shall be governed by the County’s fees, taxes, rules, regulations, ordinances, laws, and officially adopted policies governing the development and use of the Property, including, without limitation, impact fees, processing fees, regulatory fees and permits, density and intensity of use, permitted uses, the maximum height and size of proposed buildings, the provision for the reservation or dedication of land, if any, for public purposes, the construction, installation, and extension of public improvements, environmental review, and other criteria relating to development or use of real property and which are generally applicable to the Property in effect at the time of the development or use.
