PROJECT SURVEYING. A. The Contractor shall employ an experienced and competent Professional Surveyor to establish at least three (3) separate permanent bench marks, to which easy access may be had during the progress of the Work, and from time to time to determine and verify the lines and grades. As the Work progresses establish easily accessible benchmarks at each level referenced to finish floor line.
