Project Suspension. 6.3.1 If the project is suspended for the convenience of the Owner for more than three months or terminated in whole or in part, during any Phase, the Project Consultant shall be paid for services authorized by an Authorization To Proceed which were performed prior to such suspension or termination, together with the cost of Reimbursable Services and expenses then due.
6.3.2 If the Project is resumed after having been suspended for more than three months, the Project Consultant's further compensation shall be adjusted by the addition of Project Resumption Expenses. Project Resumption Expenses are in addition to compensation for Basic and Supplemental Services, and are full compensation for all damages and expenses which are directly or indirectly attributable to resumption of the Project Consultant's services after a Project Suspension. Project Resumption Expenses are applicable only to a Project Suspension by the Owner and shall be computed as a percentage of the total compensation for Basic Services and Supplemental Services earned to the time of termination, as follows:
.1 Two (2%) percent of the total compensation for Basic and Supplemental Services earned to the date of Project Suspension for the respective schematic or design development Phase only, if Project Suspension occurs before or during the design development design phase; or .2 Five (5%) percent of the total compensation for Basic and Supplemental Services earned to the date of Project Suspension for the construction documents phase only, if Project Suspension occurs during the construction documents phase development phase; or .3 Five (5%) percent of the total compensation for Basic and Supplemental Services scheduled for the construction contract administration phase only, if Project Suspension occurs during the construction support phase.
Project Suspension. If the District suspends the Project for more than one hundred twenty (120) consecutive days, Architect shall be compensated for Services performed prior to notice of that suspension. When the Project is resumed, the schedule shall be adjusted and Architect’s compensation shall be equitably adjusted to provide for expenses incurred in the resumption of the Architect’s Services. Architect shall make every effort to maintain the same Project personnel after suspension. If the District suspends the Project for more than two (2) years, Architect may terminate this Agreement by giving written notice.
Project Suspension. 5.01. The Board may suspend the Project for reasons that include, but are not limited to:
(i) financial irregularities in the implementation of the Project, or
(ii) a material breach of this Agreement and/or poor implementation performance leading the Board to conclude that the Project can no longer achieve its objectives; provided, however, that before the Board makes its final decision (a) the Implementing Entity shall be given an opportunity to present its views to the Board, through the Secretariat; and/or (ii) the Implementing Entity may make any reasonable proposal to promptly remedy the financial irregularities, material breach or poor implementation performance.
Project Suspension. 6.3.1 If the Project is suspended or abandoned for more than {NUMBER} consecutive months, and such suspension was not scheduled at the beginning of the Project, as provided under subparagraph 4.2.4, CM shall be compensated for all authorized services performed prior to the receipt of written notice from University of such suspension or abandonment, together with Reimbursable Expenses then due. If the Project is resumed after being suspended for more than {NUMBER} consecutive months, CM's compensation shall be adjusted to compensate CM for any additional costs reasonably incurred as the result of the suspension.
Project Suspension. Should the Owner elect to stop the project or if the architect is released from the contract, the architect is to be paid in full for all services in that phase of the project, as if the phase was completed to date project was stopped.

If the Project is suspended by District for more than one hundred and eighty (180) consecutive days, CM shall be compensated for services performed prior to notice of such suspension. When the Project is resumed, the schedule shall be adjusted and CM’s compensation shall be equitably adjusted to provide for expenses incurred in the resumption of CM’s Services. CM shall make every effort to maintain the same Project personnel after suspension.

If the Project is suspended for more than three (3) months or abandoned in whole or in part, the Engineer shall be compensated for its services performed prior to receipt of written notice from the City of such suspension or abandonment, together with expenses then due. If the Project is resumed after being suspended for more than three (3) months, the Engineer’s compensation shall be subject to renegotiation. In the event fees cannot be agreed upon, the City may select another Engineer, and the Engineer shall be entitled to no further fees.

If the Project is resumed after being suspended for more than { }consecutive months, Design Professional's compensation shall be adjusted as mutually agreed to compensate Design Professional for any additional costs reasonably incurred as the result of the suspension.

If the Project is suspended by the District for more than one hundred and eighty (180) consecutive days, the Construction Manager shall be compensated for services performed prior to notice of such suspension. When the Project is resumed, the schedule shall be adjusted and the Construction Manager’s compensation shall be equitably adjusted to provide for expenses incurred in the resumption of the Construction Manager’s services. Upon resumption of the Project after suspension Construction Manager shall make every effort to maintain the same Project personnel.
