Supplemental Services. 4.1.1 The services listed below are not included in Basic Services but may be required for the Project. The Architect shall provide the listed Supplemental Services only if specifically designated in the table below as the Architect’s responsibility, and the Owner shall compensate the Architect as provided in Section 11.2. Unless otherwise specifically addressed in this Agreement, if neither the Owner nor the Architect is designated, the parties agree that the listed Supplemental Service is not being provided for the Project.
Supplemental Services. For requests for supplemental services relating to eBuyITT Invoice Processing by Service Receiver not mentioned in this Schedule or not included within the costs documented in this agreement, Service Receiver will provide a discreet project request and submit such request to Service Provider using the formalized Change Request attached as Annex A for consideration by Service Provider. Where notice is required a number of business days prior to some required action by Service Provider, notice must be received by 12 noon Eastern Time to be counted as received during such business day. Service Provider shall, within a commercially reasonable period, provide a price quote to be commercially reasonable based on the current cost of the Services to Service Receiver taking into account, such items as the specific time the request was made, service delivery volumes, exit planning activities, and other activities Service Provider is currently engaged in at the time of the request, but not later than 30 days after the request was made. If Service Provider, in its sole discretion determines (i) such request would increase the ongoing operating costs for Service Provider (as a service recipient) or any other service receiver or (ii) that it is not capable of making such changes with its current staff during the time period requested without interrupting the Services provided to itself or any other service receiver. Service Provider need not provide a price quote or perform the services. Where a price quote is provided, Service Provider shall provide the service requested upon acceptance of the price.
Supplemental Services. Those architectural, engineering and other professional design services defined in Article 2.9.
Supplemental Services. 2.9.1 The services listed below are normally considered to be beyond the scope of Basic Services as defined in this Agreement, and if authorized in advance by having received a fully approved and executed ATP and Purchase order (See 5.2.3), will be compensated for as provided under Articles 5.7 and 6.2:
.1 Providing special analyses of the Owner's needs, and special detailed programming requirements for a project.
.2 Providing financial feasibility, or other special studies.
.3 Providing planning surveys, site evaluations, or comparative studies of prospective sites.
.4 Providing services relative to future facilities, systems and equipment which are not intended to be constructed as during the construction phase.
.5 Providing services to make measured drawings of the existing site or facilities.
.6 Providing the services of a cost estimating firm beyond the services required during Phases I-III to verify cost of the work as designed. The choice of the firm, qualifications of the firm and the terms of employment of the firm shall be approved in writing in advance by the Owner.
.7 Providing interior design services required for or in connection with the selection of furniture or furnishings, except equipment included in the Construction Contract and identified in the educational specifications.
.8 Providing investigations and making detailed appraisals and valuations of existing facilities, and surveys or inventories required in connection with construction performed by the Owner.
.9 Providing the services of one or more full-time Construction Inspector during construction; including the services of a Special Threshold Inspector.
.10 Providing extended assistance beyond that provided under Basic Services for the initial start-up, testing, adjusting and balancing of any equipment or system; extended training of Owner's personnel in operation and maintenance of equipment and systems, and consultation during such training; and preparation of operating and maintenance manuals, other than those provided by the Construction Manager, subcontractor, or equipment manufacturer.
.11 Providing consultation concerning replacement of any Work damaged or built inconsistent with the Contract Drawings, providing the cause is found by the Owner to be other than by fault of the Project Consultant.

Supplemental Services. PROVIDER agrees that, in accordance with section 1002.71(8)(b), F.S., PROVIDER may not require a child to enroll for, or require the payment of any fee or charge for, supplemental services (e.g., “extended-day,” “extended-year,” “wrap-around,” or “full-day” services) as a condition of admitting the child in the VPK Program. PROVIDER agrees to schedule all VPK hours offered for any VPK class so that parents are not constructively required to enroll students in supplemental services or pay any fee or charge (e.g., scheduling instructional hours in a day with a break in instructional time, for which parents would be required to pay for supplemental services for care).

Supplemental Services. Participation in instructional duties as part of supplemental services required by No Child Left Behind or SB 1 of the 2003 Special Session, which take place outside the contract day, shall be paid at $30 per hour, which is PERS eligible. This rate recognized the high level of expertise required to provide these services. Such participation in supplemental services shall be voluntary, unless the District reasonable determines that it is necessary to assign teachers to such supplemental services. (2003)

The Sub-Adviser may enter into arrangements with other persons affiliated with the Sub-Adviser or with unaffiliated third parties to better enable the Sub-Adviser to fulfill its obligations under this Contract for the provision of certain personnel and facilities to the Sub-Adviser, at its own expense and subject to the Sub-Adviser retaining overall responsibility for the acts and omissions of such persons.
