Project Take Authorization. Take Authorization for a Project is provided through a Certificate of Inclusion once the Parties have executed the Certificate of Inclusion for the Project in accordance with the Agreement and SoCalGas has paid the Project Fee to the RCHCA pursuant to Paragraph 3 and Paragraph 4 of this Agreement, respectively.
