Common use of Project Termination Clause in Contracts

Project Termination. a) Grantee may terminate or rescind this Agreement upon written notice to the County at any time prior to receipt of any reimbursement for the Approved Project. b) County may terminate this Agreement in whole or in part at any time for good cause. The term "good cause" shall include, but not be limited to, failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement or the Rules and Regulations of the Program or the Trust Fund.
