PROJECT WORK AND SERVICES. The Community shall perform work and services detailed in the CEBA application by the Project Completion Date.

PROJECT WORK AND SERVICES. Execution of project work/services 16.1.1. Any work performed by the Supplier in agreement with the Purchaser outside of the times specified in section 16.1 entitles the Supplier to levy a supplementary charge equivalent to 100% of the hourly fee on top of the standard hourly fee. Waiting time and additional work will be charged by the hour in hourly increments according to the Supplier’s current standard hourly rate. All costs of materials, board, and lodging etc. in connection with waiting time or additional work that has not been agreed in writing will be invoiced at cost price + 20%. Definition of waiting time: any condition that results in the Supplier’s work being stopped or that interferes with it being performed effectively. Definition of additional work: any work that has not been clearly described/agreed in the offer and confirmation. If the work is performed outside of the Supplier’s place of business, the Supplier is entitled to reasonable remuneration for board, travel, and lodging in accordance with the Supplier’s rules. Travel time between the Supplier’s office and the workplace will be invoiced by the hour in hourly increments at the Supplier’s current standard hourly rate. Costs for travelling by car will be invoiced at the current kilometre rate. The Supplier is entitled to remuneration for materials etc. that can be attributed to the work, including consumable fluids and other consumables. The Purchaser also bears any destruction or disposal costs. In order to comply with deadlines and project agreements, the Supplier must be given information regarding all sub-projects that could wholly or partly influence the project process. The right of complaint will not lead to liability for indirect losses, such as installation costs, lost earnings, operating losses, or similar costs.
