Projected Cash Flows Clause Samples

Projected Cash Flows. No later than the first Business Day of every other week (from and after the Effective Date), a forecast for the succeeding 13-week period of the projected consolidated cash flows of (x) the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, and (y) the Pulitzer Entities, each taken as a whole (such forecast with respect to the Pulitzer Entities to contain the same level of detail used in such forecasts delivered to the holders fof the December 2015 Notes (as defined in the Pulitzer Debt Agreement), together with a variance report of actual cash flow for the immediately preceding period for which a forecast was delivered against the then current forecast for such preceding period.
Projected Cash Flows. Notwithstanding the preceding provisions concerning Confirmations, each Participating Company, represented by the authorised person referred to herein or in the act of accession conforming to the model appended as Annex 3 to the Agreement, as appropriate, shall use it best efforts to provide Polca, or any person designated by the latter, with its projected four-week cash flow statements, each Monday or, if a given Monday is not a Business Day for the Participating Company, the next Business Day thereafter, before 15.00 CET.
Projected Cash Flows. Excel model of projected cash flows to the Participant by month, as of June 30 and December 31 of each year. The model should present projected monthly cash inflows on the loans and REO, projected outflows for Servicing Expenses, net monthly cash available for allocation, and the amount of allocation to Participation Certificate. The projection should run through the final projected distribution on the Participation Certificate.

Projected Cash Flows. Excel model of projected cash flows by month, as of June 30 and December 31 of each year, as required pursuant to Section 7.7(c) of the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement.
