Projected Milestone Dates. TGTX shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to meet the following milestones (“Milestones”) by the dates specified in this paragraph, subject to annual adjustment as described below. For purposes of this Section 3.2, CTI will consider efforts of an Affiliate or Sublicensee as efforts of TGTX.
