Projections, Valuations, Proforma Financial Statements. All projections, valuations or proforma financial statements, whether prepared by any employee or officer of the Borrower, any Affiliated Party or any non-Affiliated Party (“Projections”) are believed in Good Faith by the Borrower to present a Good Faith opinion as to the Projections and are believed in Good Faith to contain no omissions which would cause such information to be materially misleading.
