Projects at Third-Party Hotels. Licensee shall not participate in a New Property that is a mixed-use development project (whether or not such New Property uses the Licensed IP and/or Hilton Data) that includes Hilton Competitors without Licensor’s prior written consent, except for those projects set forth on Exhibit K.
