Projects utilizing High Hazard Fuel except Projects with a High Hazard Fuel Requirement. “Contract Year” means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months with the first Contract Year commencing on the Commercial Operation Date and each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Commercial Operation Date.
