Common use of Prolonged Force Majeure Event Clause in Contracts

Prolonged Force Majeure Event. In the event that an event or circumstance referred to in this Sub-clause 15.2 prevents one of the Parties from executing its obligations for a period of more than sixty (60) days, the Parties shall meet to examine the adjustments to be made to their respective obligations under the Contract in order to take this new situation into account. The Parties have a period of ninety (90) days from the occurrence of an event or circumstance referred to in this Clause to agree to these adjustments by way of an amendment to the Contract.
