The Executive promises and agrees that during the Restricted Period the Executive shall not cause statements to be made (whether written or oral) that reflect negatively on the business reputation of Cortland Bancorp or the Bank. Cortland Bancorp and the Bank likewise promise and agree that during the Restricted Period Cortland Bancorp and the Bank shall not cause statements to be made (whether written or oral) that reflect negatively on the reputation of the Executive.
