Common use of Promissory Note Option Clause in Contracts

Promissory Note Option. The purchase price for all or a portion of the shares of a Terminated Shareholder may be paid by the Company or a Remaining Shareholder, as the case may be and in such purchaser’s sole discretion, using the Promissory Note Option.
