PROMOTION AND PARTNER NSD PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS. a. HPE Products and/or Support may only be sold in the Territory indicated in the HEWLETT PACKARD ENTERPRISE Partner Agreement. b. HPE does not authorize Promotion Program or Partner NSD Discounts in combination with End-User Special Negotiated Discounts. Promotion Program or Partner NSD Discounts or Rebates can be claimed in combination with other Promotion Program discounts only with the written authorization of HPE. Promotion Program and Partner NSD Discounts are applicable in combination with Sales Goal Attainment Incentives.
