Common use of Promotion Files Clause in Contracts

Promotion Files. III. 11.6.1 The Chair of the Library Personnel Committee shall inform the members of the Library Personnel Committee, by September 15th of each year, whether any members of the Library have requested to be considered for promotion under the provisions of III.11.2.1 or III.11.2.2, with the exception of those candidates who are eligible to be considered for promotion to Librarian III simultaneous with being considered for permanency.
