Promotion of Roundup Products. Continuously throughout the term of this Agreement, the Agent shall promote the sale of Roundup Products no less aggressively than any other product or product line that the Agent sells and shall perform its duties as Agent in such a manner as to promote goodwill, and particularly customer goodwill, toward Monsanto and Roundup Products.
