Promotion/Selection Records. The UNION recognizes that all Merit Promotion records are maintained electronically by the NECPOC. The EMPLOYER agrees to request an electronic record from the NECPOC upon receipt of the UNION’s written request for such record. The record shall include information such as the number of skills requested, names on the best qualified list and the number of skills each employee met. Non- selected employees may also review the promotion/selection records consistent with the Privacy Act and other applicable laws, rules and regulations.
