If you select the Promotional Code offer in Partner Center, then you grant Microsoft, its agents, Affiliates, licensees and retail partners the right to use your App Assets in connection with the manufacture, distribution, promotion, and marketing of Promotional Codes. You may not offer or distribute Promotional Codes in any manner except as follows:
