Common use of Promotional Commitments Clause in Contracts

Promotional Commitments. ICP shall provide to AOL a monthly report documenting its compliance with any promotional commitments it has undertaken pursuant to Section 3 in the form attached as Exhibit E hereto.

ICP shall provide to AOL a monthly report documenting its compliance with any promotional commitments (including, without limitation, any in-kind commitments set forth in Section 1.4.2) it has undertaken pursuant to Section 3 this Agreement in the form attached as Exhibit E hereto, and ICP shall provide AOL with impressions data with respect to the promotions specified in Section 2.
