Promotional Placement. MERCHANT acknowledges that the sole obligation of AOL is to display the Promotion in the Shopping Channel in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. The specific positioning of the Promotion on any screen in the Shopping Channel shall be as determined by AOL, consistent with the editorial composition of such screen and the nature of the Promotion being purchased by MERCHANT. AOL reserves the right to reject, cancel or remove at any time the Promotion for any reason with fifteen (15) days prior notice to MERCHANT, and AOL will refund to MERCHANT a pro-rata portion of the fee allocable to the display of the Promotion based on the number of days that the Promotion was displayed. AOL will not be liable in any way for any rejection, cancellation or removal of the Promotion. AOL reserves the right to redesign or modify the organization, navigation, structure, "look and feel" and other elements of the AOL Service, XXX.XX and CompuServe for Canadians at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In the event such modifications materially affect the placement of the Promotion, AOL will notify MERCHANT and will work with MERCHANT to display the Promotion in a comparable location and manner. If AOL and MERCHANT cannot reach agreement on a substitute placement, MERCHANT will have the right to cancel the Promotion, upon sixty (60) days advance written notice to AOL. In such case, MERCHANT will only be responsible for the pro-rata portion of payments attributable to the period from the Effective Date through the end of the sixty (60) day notice period. MERCHANT may not resell, trade, exchange, barter or broker to any third party any promotional or advertising space which is the subject of this Agreement. MERCHANT will not be entitled to any refund or proration for delays caused by MERCHANT's failure to deliver to AOL any materials relating to the Promotion.
Promotional Placement. A permanent bargaining unit member who is promoted shall be placed on the next higher salary amount in the new classification which shall be no less than a five percent (5%) increase in salary. A permanent bargaining unit member who is promoted shall be placed on the step in the higher salary range in the new classification which is at least a five percent (5%) increase in salary. If the highest step is not a five (5%) increase, the employee will be placed on the highest step. For initial implementation of the new July 1 salary step anniversary date change a new anniversary date of July 1 shall be established for each subsequent step increment. For initial implementation of the new July 1, salary step anniversary date change, a new anniversary date July 1 shall be established.

16.8.1 When an employee is promoted to a position in a higher salary range, the employee will be placed on a step which provides a salary increase equivalent to one step on the salary schedule or to the first step of the higher range, whichever is greater.
16.8.2 Exceptions may be made as necessary to insure promotional placement at a step equal to that available to an equally qualified outside applicant. For purposes of experience evaluation, relevant experience will be on a one (1) year for one (1) year basis regardless of where such experience is earned.

Promotional Placement. Company, in consultation with InfoSpace, shall design and deliver to InfoSpace the Promotional Placements called by Exhibit B. InfoSpace shall be entitled to reject or require modification of any proposed Promotional Placements if, in its sole discretion, it determines that such Promotional Placements are unsuitable for posting on the InfoSpace Web Sites. During the Term, InfoSpace will post and maintain approved Promotional Placements on the InfoSpace Web Sites. Except as otherwise specified on Exhibit C, the positioning and prominence of all Promotional Placements shall be determined by InfoSpace in its sole discretion.
Promotional Placement. District employees who are promoted into teaching positions will receive a promotional salary increase commensurate with the District’s promotional policy and procedure.

Promotional Placement. AOL shall provide promotional placement (the "Promotion") for MERCHANT's site on the World Wide Web or (as the case may be) for MERCHANT's area on the U.S. America Online (R) brand service (the "AOL Service") in the redesigned AOL "Shopping Channel," commencing on the date AOL makes such channel generally available to AOL Members (the "Shopping Channel Launch Date"). MERCHANT's Promotion is described on the attached Exhibit A.
Promotional Placement. Licensee’s treatment of the Included Programs, in all aspects of programming or promotion, including, without limitation, placement and prominence on the home page or within any genre or category, navigators, graphic user interfaces, cross-channel real estate, xxxxxx channel and in any other available promotional medium, shall be on a fair, equitable and non-discriminatory basis vis-a-vis other programming of similar category and genre provided by other Qualifying Content Providers (as defined in Schedule A). Without limiting the foregoing, all Included Programs shall collectively receive no less space on the Licensed Service interface designed for promotion of Qualifying Content Provider content in each Avail Year than any other Qualifying Content Provider. Licensor shall have the right to require Licensee to place cleared trailers or feature wraps before and/or after each Included Program, which such feature wraps may promote Included Programs, merchandise for Included Programs or cross-promotional merchandise (i.e., merchandise offered by promotional partners of the Included Programs), subject to applicable law.
Promotional Placement. When a unit member is promoted, 30 he/she shall be placed on the next highest step which provides 31 at least five percent (5%) range above their former step.
