Promotional Support. Biomatrix and the Distributor (and its Affiliates and Subdistributors) shall provide to each other on an ongoing basis and without charge (to the extent not prevented by law or contract from doing so) all medical information relating to the Agreement Product and any Improved Agreement Product(s) (including summary data from studies, clinical trials and the like as well as information regarding adverse events associated with the use of the Agreement Product), the proceedings of all symposia on the Agreement Product and any Improved Agreement Product(s) and all promotional information that is available to such party relating to the Agreement Product and any Improved Agreement Product(s). In addition, Biomatrix and the Distributor (and its Affiliates and Subdistributors) shall provide each other with access to such primary data and information in its possession as the other may reasonably request regarding the results of the studies contained in such summary data referred to above.
Promotional Support. The Supplier will assist the Distributor in the preparation of a promotional and marketing plan, if so desired. The Supplier is to provide advertising and marketing support above and beyond that which is stipulated herein at their discretion, which may come in the form of television commercials, radio spots, ad slicks, mirror web sites, promotional giveaway items or other traditional marketing materials to the Distributor, so long as they are provided free of charge.
Promotional Support. Biomatrix and the Distributor shall provide to each other on an ongoing basis and without charge (to the extent not prevented by law or contract from doing so) all medical information relating to the Agreement Product and any Improved Agreement Product(s) (including summary data from studies, clinical trials and the like as well as information regarding adverse events associated with the use of the Agreement Product), the proceedings of all symposia on the Agreement Product and any Improved Agreement Product(s) and all promotional information that is available to such party relating to the Agreement Product and any Improved Agreement Product(s). In addition, Biomatrix and the Distributor shall provide each other with access to such primary data and information in its possession as the other may reasonably request regarding the results of the studies contained in such summary data referred to above.
Promotional Support. (1) If Party A/Party B deems it necessary according to its own judgment or Party D's requirements, Party A/Party B may provide Party D with appropriate amount of promotional support such as color pages, promotional articles, billboards and promotional materials related to the commodities sold.
(2) Party D must provide Party A/Party B with the specific contents of the promotion and publicity plan in advance, and discuss with Party A/Party B, and Party A/Party B will support the approved contents.
Promotional Support. (1) BTCHAMPLAIN BROADBAND will fund semi-annual quarter page advertisements in local newspapers or its equivalent promoting each Burlington AMO's programming and functions.
(2) At such time ad insertion technology is operational on their network, BTCHAMPLAIN BROADBAND will provide onscreen advertising and promotion of the PEG access channel programming and facilities.
(3) BTCHAMPLAIN BROADBAND shall respond to reasonable requests by XXXx to communicate with BTCHAMPLAIN BROADBAND's subscribers. Any direct costs incurred by the Company due to such communications that are over and above those normally incurred by the Company shall be borne by the requesting AMO.
Promotional Support. (a) Biomatrix shall provide Syntex with promotional support by * to Syntex to be used by Syntex as * Biomatrix and Syntex shall each provide to one another on an ongoing basis and without charge (to the extent not prevented by law or contract from doing so) all medical information relating to the Agreement Product (including summary data from studies, clinical trials and the like as well as information regarding adverse events associated with the use of the Agreement Product), the proceedings of all symposia on the Agreement Product and all promotional information that is available to Syntex or Biomatrix or any of their Affiliates anywhere in the world relating to the Agreement Product. In addition, Biomatrix and Syntex shall each provide the other with access to (to the extent that the disclosing party is not prevented by law or contract from doing so) such primary data and information in its possession as the other may reasonably request regarding the results of the studies contained in such summary data referred to above.
(b) Subject to applicable laws and regulations in the Territory, Syntex shall ensure that all trade literature, publications and promotional materials relating to the Agreement Product produced by or on behalf of Syntex or any of its Affiliates shall specify the concept of viscosupplementation and that such concept has been conceived and introduced by Biomatrix. Biomatrix hereby represents and warrants to Syntex that the concept of viscosupplementation was conceived and introduced by scientists who are principals of Biomatrix.
Promotional Support. 4.10.1 Consistent with the Company’s CPG, Condition 23, the Company shall provide certain AMO outreach to the Company’s subscribers. In the event that AMO wishes to communicate in writing to the subscribers within the Service Territory, the Company and AMO agree that a reasonable method, for such communication is by xxxx insert or xxxx message. Such requests must be made with six (6) months advance notice to the Company and is subject to availability. Any direct costs incurred due to such communication that are over and above those normally incurred by the Company shall be borne by the AMO.
4.10.2 The Company shall pay or reimburse for black and white advertisements pursuant to Condition 23.
4.10.3 Consistent with CPG Condition 68, the Company shall provide commercial-class High Speed Internet to BCTV.
4.10.4 Upon request from BCTV, the Company will provide the date(s) on which the Company has complied with CPG Conditions 8 and 30.
Promotional Support. A. CDC will actively promote, throughout the Term, the China B2B Site on the CDC site, in all newspapers and all other publications owned by CDNG, including, without limitation, China Daily, Shanghai-Star, and any online versions thereof, and radio, television and other media at least majority owned directly or indirectly by CDNG. Any online promotion (such as on the CDC site or any online version of CDNG publications) shall include, at a minimum, a direct link from the front page to the China B2B Site. The exact nature, placement, and timing of such promotions will be mutually determined by CCC and CDC; it being understood and agreed that as between CCC and CDC all costs associated with such advertising and promotions shall be borne solely by CDC.
B. CCC may use the name, logo, trademark, service mxxx, and other indicia of CDC and CDNG on the China B2B Site and in any advertising, marketing, and promotional material therefor and in CCC company materials, to indicate the China B2B Site’s and CCC’s affiliation with CDC and CDNG, subject to prior approval of the form of use.
C. CCC currently intends to organize promotional events in New York City and Paris to promote the launching of the China B2B Site, at its sole cost and expense. CDC agrees to use reasonable efforts to assist CCC and participate in such promotional events as requested by CCC. All out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by CDC in participating in such events shall be borne and reimbursed by CCC, subject to prior approval by CCC.
Promotional Support. At least twice a year each Party will, if requested by the other Party, provide one of its senior executives as a promotional speaker at marketing seminars or other public relations events. The requesting party shall reimburse the other Party for the reasonable travel, meals and lodging expenses of the senior executive in questions consistent with the expense reimbursement policies of the requesting Party.
Promotional Support. Consistent with Docket 7077, Certificate of Public Good, Condition 23, the Company shall provide Channel 17/Town Meeting Television with the following mechanisms for outreach to Subscribers and PEG Access Users:
a. In the event that Channel 17/Town Meeting Television wishes to communicate in writing to Subscribers within the Service Territory, the Company and Channel 17/Town Meeting Television agree that a reasonable method for such communication is by xxxx insert or xxxx message. Such requests must be made with six (6) months advance notice to the Company and are subject to availability. Any direct costs incurred due to such communication that are over and above those normally incurred by the Company shall be borne by Channel 17/Town Meeting Television.
b. The Company will reimburse Channel 17/Town Meeting Television for Channel 17/Town Meeting Television’s placement of up to two (2) black and white quarter-page local newspaper advertisements.
