Common use of Promotions and Selling Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Promotions and Selling Arrangements. Except as disclosed in Section 3.18 of the Disclosure Letter, since June 30, 2003 the Company has not recorded any material amount of revenues in connection with sales made pursuant to promotional programs, special selling arrangements or concessions, rights of return or otherwise, other than those maintained or conducted in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice, or pursuant to new or amended accounting practices or interpretations.
