Prompt Acceptance of Work. Unless otherwise specified in the Job Order, City shall accept Work reasonably promptly after satisfactory completion and inspection. Acceptance by City is final and conclusive, with an exception for latent defects, fraud, gross mistakes amounting to fraud and City’s rights under any warranty or guarantee.
