Prompt Administration. Spirit is assigned a Warranty Analyst whose job is to provide individual attention and obtain prompt and effective settlements of Warranty and Service Policy claims. A typical claim properly submitted is generally settled, including issuance of applicable credit memo, within thirty days. Experience generated by much of the data derived from such claims often enables IAE to monitor trends in operating experience and to address and often eliminate potential problems.
