Prompt Investigation. Operator shall promptly investigate and make a full timely written report to the insurance company as to all accidents, claims for damages relating to the Business, any damage or destruction and the estimated cost of repair thereof, and Operator shall prepare any and all reports required by any insurance company in connection therewith. Operator shall file all such reports in a timely manner with the appropriate insurance company as required under the terms of the relevant insurance policy.
Prompt Investigation. If Business Entity provides us with timely notice of an error or problem in any notice or report provided through the Cash Management Business Online Banking, The Bank will investigate the matter and notify Business Entity of the results as soon as reasonably possible. The Bank will provide copies of the documents that The Bank uses in its investigation to Business Entity upon request.
Prompt Investigation. Whenever there are complaints about an employee’s behaviour, actions, etc., the Employer will discuss the matter with the employee within forty-eight (48) hours of the complaint being lodged with the Employer.
