Common use of Prompt Notice to Lenders Clause in Contracts

Prompt Notice to Lenders. Notwithstanding any other provision herein, the Agent agrees to provide to the Lenders, with copies where appropriate, all information, notices and reports required to be given to the Agent by the Borrower, promptly upon receipt of same, excepting therefrom information and notices relating solely to the role of Agent hereunder.
