Common use of Prompt Notice to the Lenders Clause in Contracts

Prompt Notice to the Lenders. Notwithstanding any other provision herein, the Administrative Agent agrees to provide to the Lenders, with copies where appropriate, all information, notices and reports required to be given to the Administrative Agent by the Borrowers including, without limitation, all information relating to the Credit Facilities, promptly upon receipt of same, excepting therefrom information and notices relating solely to the role of Administrative Agent hereunder.
