Prompt Ordering of Product. Vertical shall, not later than ten (10) business days after the Approval Date, submit binding purchase orders to the Contract Manufacturer for such quantities of the Products as are needed to commercialize the Products in the Territory. However, Vertical shall, at a minimum, submit binding purchase orders to the Contract Manufacturer in quantities sufficient to THIS EXHIBIT HAS BEEN REDACTED AND IS THE SUBJECT OF A CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUEST.
