Prompt Payment for Vendors and Subcontractors. 4.1.5.1 Prompt payment for vendors and subcontractors. 4.1.5.1.1. Unless otherwise set forth in this paragraph, Contractor shall promptly pay its vendors and subcontractor(s) for satisfactory performance under its subcontract(s) to this Agreement. Such prompt payment shall be no later than thirty (30) days after Contractor receives payment for such services from County and shall be paid out of such amounts as are paid to Contractor under this Agreement.
