PROMPT PAYMENT OF TAXES AND FEES. Permittee will pay promptly all lawful general taxes, special assessments, excises, license fees, permit fees, and utility service charges of whatever nature, applicable to its operation at the Airport. Permittee will obtain and keep current all licenses, municipal, state, or federal, required for the conduct of its business at and upon the Airport Permittee will not permit any of said taxes, assessments, fees, and charges to become delinquent.
