Common use of PROMPT PAYMENT OF TAXES AND FEES Clause in Contracts

PROMPT PAYMENT OF TAXES AND FEES. Permittee warrants, covenants, and agrees to pay promptly all lawful general taxes, special assessments, excises, license fees, permit fees, and utility service charges of whatever nature, applicable to its operation at the Airport, and to take out and keep current all licenses, municipal, state, or federal, required for the conduct of its business at and upon the Airport, and further warrants, covenants, and agrees not to permit any of said taxes, assessments, fees, and charges to become delinquent.
