Common use of PROMPT PAYMENT OF TAXES AND FEES Clause in Contracts

PROMPT PAYMENT OF TAXES AND FEES. Permittee warrants, covenants and agrees to pay promptly all lawful general taxes, special assessments, excises, license fees, and permit fees of whatever nature, applicable to its operation at the Airport, and to take out and keep current all licenses, certificates, or permits required under federal, state, or local laws and regulations in order to conduct its business at and upon the Airport, and further warrants, covenants and agrees not to permit any of said taxes, assessments, fees and charges to become delinquent.
