Prompt Payments to Subcontractor. Consultant represents and agrees that for the duration of any Term it shall make timely payments for Services properly performed to a subcontractor hereunder and Consultant shall indemnify and hold harmless ATL and the State for any liability for payment claimed by a subcontractor. All subcontract agreements between Consultant and subcontractor shall be in writing and shall contain all of the federal requirements and pertinent provisions of this Contract.
