Proof of Carriage of Insurance. Contractor shall furnish the City with satisfactory proof of carriage of the insurance required in this Agreement in the form of insurance certificates and endorsements, as well as the form of a policy upon City request. a. Contractor's and any subcontractor's general liability and automobile liability insurance shall endorse the City of Madison, Alabama, a municipal corporation, and its officers, agents, and employees as additional insureds for any claims arising out of the Work. b. Contractor’s insurance endorsing the Owner and others as additional insureds shall be primary and non-contributory as to such endorsed insureds. c.
