Common use of Proof of Financing Clause in Contracts

Proof of Financing. By no later than December 31,June 1, 2022, Developer shall have delivered proof reasonably satisfactory to the City and RDA of financing, which after injection of the Developer equity into the Project, will be sufficient in the determination of the City and RDA, to complete the Project according to the plans and specifications.

Proof of Financing. By no later than December 31,June 1October 31, 20222018, Developer shall have delivered proof reasonably satisfactory to the City and RDA of financing, financing which after injection of the Developer equity into the Project, will be sufficient in the determination of the City and RDA, to complete the Project according to the plans and specifications.

By no later than December 31,June August 1, 2022, Developer shall have delivered proof reasonably satisfactory to the City and RDA of financing, which after injection of the Developer equity into the Project, will be sufficient in the determination of the City and RDA, to complete the Project according to the plans and specifications.

By no later than December 31,June March 1, 2022, Developer shall have delivered in place and shall provide Executive Director of the RDA proof reasonably satisfactory to the City and RDA of financing, which after injection of the Developer equity into the Project, will be sufficient in the determination of the City and RDA, to complete the Project according to the plans and specifications.
