Common use of Proof of Interest Clause in Contracts

Proof of Interest. The Secured Party may require any Person mentioned in clauses 9.1(d), 9.1(e), or 9.1(f) to furnish proof of that Person's interest, and unless the proof is furnished within ten days after demand by the Secured Party, the Secured Party need not pay over any portion of the Proceeds referred to therein to such Person.
