For all purposes of law, ownership of the Debentures shall be proved by a statement of the deposit account of the Debentures issued by the Bookrunner Bank. In addition, a statement in the name of the Debentureholder, issued by CETIP, shall be acknowledged as proof of ownership of the Debentures electronically held in custody at CETIP.

  • Proof of Execution by Securityholders Subject to the provisions of Section 7.01, proof of the execution of any instrument by a Securityholder (such proof will not require notarization) or his or her agent or proxy and proof of the holding by any Person of any of the Securities shall be sufficient if made in the following manner: (a) The fact and date of the execution by any such Person of any instrument may be proved in any reasonable manner acceptable to the Trustee.   • Joint Ownership of Interests A Partnership Interest may be acquired by two individuals as joint tenants with right of survivorship, provided that such individuals either are married or are related and share the same home as tenants in common. The written consent or vote of both owners of any such jointly held Partnership Interest shall be required to constitute the action of the owners of such Partnership Interest; provided, however, that the written consent of only one joint owner will be required if the Partnership has been provided with evidence satisfactory to the counsel for the Partnership that the actions of a single joint owner can bind both owners under the applicable laws of the state of residence of such joint owners.
