Proof of Transactions. In addition to documentation provided to support cost reimbursement as described herein, Department may periodically request additional proof of a transaction to evaluate the appropriateness of costs to the Agreement pursuant to State guidelines (including cost allocation guidelines) and federal, if applicable. Allowable costs and uniform administrative requirements for federal programs can be found under 2 CFR 200. The Department may also request a cost allocation plan in support of its multipliers (overhead, indirect, general administrative costs, and fringe benefits). The Grantee must provide the additional proof within thirty (30) days of such request.

Proof of Transactions. The records of Servus Credit Union whether written, audio, electronic or otherwise shall be conclusive proof of transactions and shall be binding on the member, and, as applicable, the member’s successors, assigns, heirs, executors, administrators and legal representatives. The member will provide evidence of transactions purported to have been made if Servus Credit Union requests them. The member will comply with audit requests by the auditors of Servus Credit Union, as may be required and requested from time to time.
Proof of Transactions. The Customer and the Caisse Régionale agree to set, as part of these general terms and conditions, the rules relating to the evidence admissible between them in the event of a dispute relating to the Service. Proof of Transactions. Proof of the transaction carried out on the account is the responsibility of the Bank and result from its accounting entries, unless a contrary proof is provided by any means by the Customer, who is responsible for keeping the supporting document for the transactions (account statement, remittance slips…). If the Customer uses the online services offered by the Bank, he undertakes to comply with all the access, authentication and use procedures indicated to him.
