Unless the HSP puts intoeffect and maintains Employers Liability and Voluntary Compensation as set out above, the HSPwillprovidethe LHINwithavalid Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 (“WSIA”) Clearance Certificate and any renewalreplacements, and LONG-TERM CARE HOME SERVICE ACCOUNTABILITY AGREEMENT APRIL 1, 2019 — MARCH 31, 2022 willpayallamountsrequiredto bepaidtomaintaina validWSIAClearance Certificate throughout the term of this Agreement.
