Proper Address of Leasehold Mortgagee. Any notice to be ------------------------------------- given by Landlord to a Leasehold Mortgagee pursuant to any provision of this Section 4 shall be deemed properly addressed if sent to the Leasehold Mortgagee who served the notice referred to in subsection 4.2.1 unless notice of a change of Mortgage ownership has been given to Landlord pursuant to subsection 4.2.2.
