Proper Maintenance Required. All signs, together with all of their supports, braces, guys and anchors, shall be properly maintained with respect to appearance, structural and electrical features. The display surfaces of all signs shall be kept neatly painted or posted at all times. All signs shall be subject to maintenance provisions as follows:
