Proper Signatures Sample Clauses

This typically means that each party must sign in the designated space, and may also require the use of witnesses, notarization, or electronic signatures depending on the jurisdiction and the nature of the contract. By ensuring that signatures are properly executed, this clause helps prevent disputes over the authenticity or enforceability of the agreement, thereby providing legal certainty and protecting the interests of all parties involved.
