PROPERTIES; MATERIAL CONTRACTS. The Corporation will use, and will cause its Subsidiaries to use, all reasonable efforts to (a) maintain and keep their respective properties in their current condition in all material respects, except for ordinary wear and tear and damage due to casualty or other extraordinary occurrence, and (b) perform in all material respects their respective obligations under the Material Contracts.
