Properties Not Operated by Grantor. Anything in this Section 2.2 to the contrary notwithstanding, Grantor, with respect to those Subject Interests which are operated by operators other than Grantor, shall not be obligated itself to perform undertakings performable only by such operators and which are beyond the control of Grantor. In each such case, however, Grantor will promptly take all actions available to it, under applicable operating arrangements or otherwise, to bring about the performance of any such undertakings required to be performed by such operators.
