PROPERTY ACCEPTABLE FOR CUSTODY. 3.1. Subject to sub-Clause 3.2, the Custodian agrees to accept:-

  • Property Access Customer hereby grants NCSWD the right to enter its property to the extent necessary to perform Collection Services.

  • Third Party Accounts With respect to any third party sites we may enable you to access through the Services or with respect to any non-Financial Institution accounts you include in the Services, you agree to the following:

  • Review Procedures for Identifying Entity Accounts With Respect to Which Reporting Is Required For Preexisting Entity Accounts described in paragraph B of this section, the Reporting Finnish Financial Institution must apply the following review procedures to determine whether the account is held by one or more Specified U.S. Persons, by Passive NFFEs with one or more Controlling Persons who are U.S. citizens or residents, or by Nonparticipating Financial Institutions:

  • Third Party Access 6.1 You can instruct a TPP to access information on your Account or initiate certain Transactions from your Account provided such TPP has identified itself to us and it has acted in accordance with the relevant regulatory requirements. We will treat any instruction from an TPP as if it was from you or an Account Manager.

  • Entity Accounts With Respect to Which Reporting Is Required With respect to Preexisting Entity Accounts described in paragraph B of this section, only accounts that are held by one or more Entities that are Specified U.S. Persons, or by Passive NFFEs with one or more Controlling Persons who are U.S. citizens or residents, shall be treated as U.S. Accounts. In addition, accounts held by Nonparticipating Financial Institutions shall be treated as accounts for which aggregate payments are required to be reported under an FFI Agreement.

  • Party Access Each Party shall supply information to the other Party as required by this Agreement. Information shall be treated as Confidential Information under this Agreement if (i) it has been clearly marked or otherwise designated as “Confidential information” by the Party supplying the information, or (ii) it is information designated as Confidential Information by applicable provisions of the ISO Tariffs; provided, however, Confidential Information does not include information: (i) in the public domain or that has been previously publicly disclosed without violation of this Agreement, (ii) required by law to be publicly submitted or disclosed (with notice to the other Party), or (iii) necessary to be divulged in an action to enforce this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in this Section to the contrary, the NTO shall not have a right hereunder to receive or review any documents, data or other information of another Market Participant or the ISO, including documents, data or other information provided to the ISO, to the extent such documents, data or information have been designated as confidential pursuant to the procedures specified in the ISO Tariffs or to the extent that they have been designated as confidential by such other Market Participant; provided, however, that the NTO may receive and review any composite documents, data and other information that may be developed based on such confidential documents, data or information if the composite does not disclose any individual Market Participant’s confidential data or information.

  • Entity Accounts Not Required to Be Reviewed, Identified or Reported Unless the Reporting Singaporean Financial Institution elects otherwise, either with respect to all New Entity Accounts or, separately, with respect to any clearly identified group of such accounts, where the implementing rules in Singapore provide for such election, a credit card account or a revolving credit facility treated as a New Entity Account is not required to be reviewed, identified, or reported, provided that the Reporting Singaporean Financial Institution maintaining such account implements policies and procedures to prevent an account balance owed to the Account Holder that exceeds $50,000.

  • Appointment of Sub-processors Client acknowledges and agrees that (a) Data Processor’s Affiliates may be used as Sub-processors; and (b) Data Processor and/or Data Processor’s Affiliates respectively may engage third-party Sub-processors in connection with the provision of the Services.

  • Additional Federally Required Orders/Directives Both parties shall comply with the following laws and directives, where applicable:

  • Account Statements and Requesting Account Records Unless your Account is restricted you may view and download your PayPal account statement by logging into your PayPal account. You agree to review your transactions through your PayPal account history instead of receiving periodic statements by email. You will receive important information about your payments and payment receipts by e- mail immediately after a transaction. Your transaction history will also be updated and made available to you at any time by logging into your account. You can also access a downloadable report from your PayPal account. This will show all fees incurred and any other amounts charged to your PayPal account in the relevant period. The report will only be updated and made available if there has been any activity on your PayPal account or any fees have been incurred in the relevant period. The way in which we provide the transaction information will allow you to store and reproduce the information unchanged, for example by printing a copy. We reserve the right to charge a fee for providing you with additional information or for providing the transaction history and other information about fees in a different way but we won’t charge you for records requested in connection with your good-faith assertion of an error in your PayPal account.
