Common use of Property Acquisition or Sale Clause in Contracts

Property Acquisition or Sale. Within 10 Business Days of receipt thereof, copies of all proposed contracts, agreements, or offers in any way relating to a proposed sale or acquisition of any material asset by the Borrower or the Property Owner.

Within 10 ten (10) Business Days of receipt thereof, copies of all proposed contracts, agreements, contracts or offers agreements in any way relating to a proposed sale or acquisition of any material asset by the Borrower, and Borrower or Subsidiary, and/or any of the Property Ownerother Loan Parties, along with a pro forma Compliance Certificate with respect to the Financial Covenants after giving effect to the proposed transaction.

With respect to the Property Owneracquisition of any Individual Property, the Borrower shall also provide to the Agent such Payment Direction Letters and other documents and agreements as may be necessary to effectuate the cash management arrangements set forth in Section 7.15.
