Common use of Property and Insurance Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Property and Insurance Maintenance. Maintain and preserve all of its property and each and every part and parcel thereof that is necessary to or useful in the proper conduct of its business in good repair, working order, and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and in compliance with all applicable laws, and make all alterations, replacements, and improvements thereto as may from time to time be necessary in order to ensure that its properties remain in good working order and condition and compliance. The Borrower agrees that upon the occurrence and continuing existence of an Event of Default, at Lender’s request, which request may not be made more than once a year, the Borrower will furnish to Lender a report on the condition of the Borrower’s and any of its subsidiaries’ property prepared by a professional engineer satisfactory to Lender;
