PROPERTY AND LIABILITY INSURANCE — DELIVERY OF POLICY TO LENDER. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 19(b), Borrower shall not be required to deliver the original (or a duplicate original) of any renewal policy of insurance to Lender more than 15 days prior to the expiration date of the policy then held by Lender.
